IMS Center Technologies Featured at IMTS 2018 in Cosen Saws "Diagnostics in Hand"
Technologies developed at the IMS Center leveraging the Center's 5C architecture for cybermanufacturing, and in partnership with IMS Center member company Cosen, were featured in as part of Cosen's Diagnostics in Hand. The Center's past collaboration with Cosen included development of a prototype cloud-based predictive analytics architecture and companion mobile application for monitoring the health of cutting blades. More recently, the Center and Cosen worked together to expand upon that prior development to implement more active and adaptive approaches.
